Log In
Log In easily with your Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, Linkedin or Amazon ID or Input your Email address and password, and then click [LOG IN].
Select Item/Choose Option/Add to Cart
Go into the product page.
Choose the 'required field' option. (if there is * mark, it is 'required field.)
Add the other option, if there is another option available.
Change the quantity as you want.
Click 'ADD TO CART'
Shopping Cart
Click the shopping cart icon in the top of the website. Customers can check out the added items in the shopping cart by clicking 'GO TO CHECKOUT' or Click 'VIEW AND EDIT CART' to go to the shopping cart page.
VIEW AND EDIT CART page : Customers can see all of the added products in the shopping cart and can apply the discount code if they have. and Click 'GO TO CHECKOUT' to go to the next step.
GO TO CHECKOUT page : Customers input the Shipping Address, choose the Shipping Method and Click 'NEXT' to go to the next step.

- Please fill the most accurate shipping address information in the 'Shipping Address' Page. Konova uses only this input shipping address. (Konova doesn't refer to the address from the payment.)

Discount Coupons
If you have a discount coupon, you can apply the code in both 'Shopping Cart' page and 'Payment Method' page.

Konova usually ships the order within 24 business hours after Konova receives the payment. If customer doesn't have an account of payment methods and has Credit Card only, please contact us at 'info@konovaphoto.com'. Konova will give an instruction how to use credit card without paypal login.

Delivery Time (ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival) - USA, UK, Germany Australia and all major countries
Express (DHL, Fedex, and EMS) takes only 2~4 days for the delivery.
Standard takes about 3~7 days(14 days maximum) for the delivery.
to The Others Countries : It usually takes the same delivery time but it depends on the customer's region and transportation circumstance.
Tracking number Email Notification
When Konova ships the customer's order, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
If the Order Status is 'Complete', the customer can check the tracking number in the order detail page.
Guest Customers will receive the Email Notification, too.
Customs Clearance (Import duty and tax)
Customers should check the import customs clearance and cover all expenses.
Please note that import duties and taxes are totally buyer's responsibility.
Please let us know if there is any better way to reduce or avoid duty and tax.
Exchange or Refund
Changed Mind
- If a customer isn't pleased with the purchase, Konova will be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 10 days after the customer receives.
- For exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
- The return shipping fee is on the customer's expense.
- 5% restocking/service fee will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective product
- Please notify us within 3 days of receiving. - Konova can ship the same product again for free or can refund full payment.
Failed delivery and Returned to the Sender
- for example) Absence of Addressee, Insufficient Address, Non-(re)claimed, Custom Charge, Refused
